Corridor Solutions assisted Taupō DC with the capitalization of the Taupō Town Centre Transformation (TTCT) project. Working closely with the multiple teams within TDC that helped deliver TTCT Corridor Solutions was able to work through as-built data and claim data to capitalize transportation assets.
What We Did
Compiled asset and claim data from the multiple sub-projects of TTCT.
Identified what assets were deemed to be owned by the transportation team.
Reviewed claim data to calculate individual asset values.
Reviewed asset management database to ensure as-built data had been entered.
